Loomis includes homes on a range of lot sizes, including properties with mature vegetation, detached structures and more open exterior space. Rodent activity outside does not always mean rodents are inside, which is why we inspect the structure before recommending proofing or trapping work.
Our Loomis service can address the home itself as well as approved exterior trapping areas when needed. Structural proofing, indoor trapping and exterior monitoring are separate scopes so the estimate clearly explains what is included.
