A thorough four-step approach
Lasting rodent control begins with understanding how rodents entered the structure and addressing the conditions they used to get inside.

We stand behind covered work with written warranty protection and no-charge return service for covered re-entry.
Built around the whole home
We focus on how rodents use the structure—not just where traps go. Our team evaluates rooflines, vents, penetrations, crawlspace openings and foundation gaps, then recommends the work your property actually needs.

Frequently asked questions
Every property is different, so final recommendations are based on inspection findings and the approved service scope.
Proofing generally includes locating and sealing accessible rodent entry points identified during the inspection. The exact vents, penetrations, gaps, and openings included will be listed in your estimate.
It can take time to remove rodents that were already inside before proofing was completed. Activity may continue during the trapping process and should decrease as follow-up service progresses.
Not every home needs full insulation replacement. We may recommend spot cleanup, removal of damaged insulation, sanitizing, or new insulation depending on contamination and existing conditions.
Warranty terms vary by service and are clearly stated in your written estimate. If rodents re-enter through an area we proofed during the applicable warranty period, we will return and correct the covered entry point at no charge. When insulation or ductwork replacement is included in the contracted scope, that completed work is also covered according to the warranty terms stated in your estimate and service agreement.
Trapping addresses rodents that are already present. Rodent proofing focuses on the structure itself by finding and sealing accessible entry points so rats and mice have fewer ways to get back inside. Many homes need both steps.
