These Terms of Service apply to communications and interactions with The Proofing Company, including communications through our website, telephone, email, and SMS/text messaging.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from The Proofing Company, you agree that we may send service-related SMS/text messages to you. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling information, technician arrival notifications, inspection and service updates, estimates and quotes, invoices and payment reminders, follow-up communications, and customer service messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

The Proofing Company may send SMS/text messages through Jobber using our dedicated texting number, 916-222-9782.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for texting assistance. For general customer service or to request service by phone, call 916-770-7208.

Services

The Proofing Company provides residential home-protection services including rodent proofing, insulation services, ductwork services, cleanup and sanitizing, and related services. Project-specific scope, pricing, payment requirements, and warranty coverage are governed by the applicable written estimate, quote, invoice, or service agreement.
