What attic cleanup can address
Rodent contamination can be concentrated in specific travel paths or spread through larger portions of an attic. Our scope is based on visible conditions, access and the amount of affected material.

Proofing and cleaning work better together
Cleaning removes the evidence and contamination left behind, but it does not close the openings rodents used to enter. When active or recent rodent entry is present, we recommend addressing the structural access points as part of the overall plan.

When insulation replacement may make sense
Insulation does not automatically need to be replaced because rodents entered an attic. Replacement is more appropriate when insulation is heavily contaminated, damaged, compressed, missing, or when the homeowner is already planning an insulation upgrade.
